WARWICK ENTERPRISE PARK

The right environment for business

The Warwick Enterprise Park is wholly owned by the University of Warwick and is situated on the University's Wellesbourne Campus which specialises in plant and environmental sciences and which covers 190 hectares of attractive Greenfield site in South Warwickshire, just 20 minutes away from the main University Campus. The Park was formed in 2008 following the release of a considerable amount of office and laboratory space by the University. We can offer competitively priced office and bio-laboratory accommodation as well as state-of-the-art computer controlled glasshouses, polytunnels and land for crop research, together with associated storage space. We are particularly suitable for start-up companies especially those with a biological, agricultural or horticultural focus. Tenants can also gain access to specialist centres based on site including the Genomics Resource Centre and the Genetic Resources Unit, as well as to academic and technical expertise. There is also the potential for working with students through placements and project work.

The Park is a member of both UK Business Incubation Ltd and the UK Science Park Association (UKSPA) and can call on their expertise together with that of other organisations.

A modern Conference Centre managed by the Park is based on site with flexible space accommodating up to 150 delegates in the largest of our three rooms, including a boardroom for meetings of up to 18 people.

Other benefits of working at the Warwick Enterprise Park:

  • Convenient location just three miles from J15 of the M40 and only six miles from the nearest rail station
  • Free parking
  • On-site sports facilities
