Warwick Enterprise Park is situated in the lovely landscaped grounds of the University of Warwick’s Wellesbourne Campus (Warwick HRI) and our tenants can make use of the facilities on site provided for staff and students.
Business support
By arrangement businesses may make use of the specialist centres based on site including the Genomics Resource Centre and the Genetic Resources Unit, as well as to academic and technical expertise. There is also the potential for working with students through placements and project work. With links to various organisations including UK Business Incubation, The United Kingdom Science Park Association and Warwickshire County Council the Park can offer a range of business training and support activities, and we are constantly looking out for new opportunities to support tenants.
The Common Room
This attractive bistro-style area serves hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, salads, snacks and hot meals to order throughout the day and offers an attractive environment in which to relax and socialise with other tenants and University staff. You can also collect your mail here from dedicated pigeonholes. The catering service also provides refreshments including light lunches for “in office” meetings.
The Conference Centre
Our modern Conference Centre can accommodate up to 150 delegates in a flexible arrangement of rooms which include an attractive board-room, ideal for meetings of up to 18 people. Tenants are eligible for preferential rates in the Conference Centre.

Sports and Social Facilities
Tenants may join the Warwick HRI sports scheme and take advantage of the on-site gym and squash court, football pitch and cricket nets. The Social Club arranges various evening events from time to time. Tenants may also join the University of Warwick sports scheme enabling them to make use of the excellent facilities such as full-size swimming pool, climbing wall, gym and indoor tennis centre at the main campus (about 20 minutes away by car). There is a bar on site where further social events are sometimes held.
Local amenities
The village of Wellesbourne, half a mile from the Park, has a full range of amenities including a Post Office, Bank, Dental Surgery, several pubs, a small supermarket and a selection of other shops. It is linked by bus to Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon. There is a good selection of hotel and B&B accommodation in the area and preferential rates can sometimes be obtained through our conference centre..
